Swift Ventures Inc was born after I created swiftdesk.com, and decided to take it to market. swiftdesk supported file hosting, calendar, bookmarks , email and more. in many ways it was ahead of its time. We even had a system tray app (for windows only) to check your email. I still remember using "Borland builder" to this day, it was far superior to MSVC.

Unfortunately marketing was a problem, but the most popular feature of swiftdesk was the file hosting, So we started providing webhosting.

Shortly after, we retned our first rack and began to provide dedicated server hosting and managed products for early web applications.

By 2006, we purchased our first data center, and filled it in 1 day. Data Center, ip transit and webhosting was spun off into Swift Communications.
